SALON POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

At BLOOM Beauty Collective, we are committed to providing a peaceful, professional, and elevated experience for every guest. To ensure the highest level of service, please review our policies carefully before booking.

No Children Policy

For the comfort and safety of all guests, BLOOM Beauty Collective is an adults only space. 

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. Deposits secure your appointment and are applied toward your total service balance. Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.   

Refund Policy

All services are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you have concerns, please notify your stylist before leaving the salon so adjustments can be made when appropriate.

Cancellations & No-Shows 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within the required timeframe or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrivals 

Guests arriving more than 10–15 minutes late will need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited.
